One Piece SD01: Set Sail Deck Set
Set Sail Deck Set launched September 18, 2026 at $24.99, and it’s built purely as an on-ramp for new players rather than a set with anything for existing collectors to chase. The box pairs two ready-to-play 51-card decks (plus 10 DON!! cards each) built around Luffy and Ace, in two different deck-type variants, with two deck cases, a two-player playsheet, and two guidebooks — everything two people need to sit down and play straight out of the box.
The one addition aimed at returning players is a bundled OP-17 booster pack, which explains the release timing alongside that set. As a review: it’s a clean, low-friction way to introduce someone to the game, and the bundled pack gives it a small resale or opening hook, but it isn’t a product worth building content around for anyone already past the beginner stage — there’s no chase card or rarity story here.
One Piece OP-17: The World’s Strongest Warriors
OP-17 released August 21-28, 2026 as the first of two 4th-anniversary sets (OP-18 is the second), built around Elbaf and the Four Emperors. Six leaders anchor the set: Edward Newgate, Shanks, Kaido, Charlotte Linlin, Luffy, and the new addition, Rocks D. Xebec. Box art puts Nami and Nico Robin front and center, and the set adds new Heroine-styled Leaders for Nefertari Vivi, Shirahoshi, Nami, Jewelry Bonney, Boa Hancock, Rebecca, and a new Nico Robin Leader, alongside SP treatments for Nami and Robin and supporting-cast cards for Otohime, Camie, Shirley, Black Maria, Charlotte Praline, Charlotte Brulee, Nico Olivia, Nojiko, and Hibari.
The card worth building content around is the Shirahoshi Manga Rare (EB05-014): a green Merfolk/Fish-Man Island character card that sets black-and-white manga panels behind a full-color illustration of Shirahoshi in the foreground.
