How to Initiate a Return:

- Upon receiving your request, we will send you an acknowledgment email with the shipping details for returning the item.
Processing Time: Upon receiving the returned product, we will assess it and process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds may be denied for the following reasons, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect Address Provided: If the shipment is lost due to an address entered incorrectly by the customer, we cannot issue a refund. Please notify us of any address changes within 24 hours of placing your order.
